We offer both Supervisor Awareness (online) as well as Supervisor Competency (in-person). Our in-person training includes a general awareness of the rights and responsibilities of supervisors, as well as a comprehensive overview of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). Participants will go through an extensive theoretical program, which includes real-life scenarios, relevant court cases and group discussions, followed by a theoretical evaluation.
Our training course is designed for all industries, although it is specifically suited for supervisors or senior management who are in charge of a workplace or hold authority over a worker. This includes foremen, site supervisors, lead hands or anyone else who may give direction in their workplace.
