Course Description
Regular workplace inspections are an essential component of an effective health and safety program because they are a means of identifying hazards and monitoring the effectiveness of hazard controls.
This course is intended to provide employers, joint health and safety committee members, and management with the understanding of the types of inspections, as well as learning about reports and follow-ups. Inspection preparation, inspection reporting and follow- up will be taught in this course. There are two modules in this course:

Our training course is designed for all industries, although it is specifically suited for supervisors or senior management who are in charge of a workplace or hold authority over a worker. This includes foremen, site supervisors, lead hands or anyone else who may give direction in their workplace.
Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), the constructor, employer and workers shall provide a health and safety representative with such information and assistance as the member may require for inspecting the workplace.
